Service

Bidvera provides software for credential management, bid readiness, tender analysis, opportunity matching, bid preparation support and related procurement intelligence.

No award guarantee

Bidvera does not guarantee tender eligibility, responsiveness, evaluation outcome or contract award. Customers remain responsible for reviewing the official solicitation, evidence, signatures, pricing, submission instructions and final bid.

Customer evidence

Customers must provide accurate and lawful information. Bidvera must not be used to fabricate experience, credentials, personnel, equipment or financial capacity.

Subscriptions

Paid features are controlled by the selected plan and subscription term. Fees, limits and renewal terms displayed at checkout form part of the service terms.

Availability

The service may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Bidvera uses reasonable operational controls but does not promise uninterrupted availability.
